I don't much like the blurring on her hair, but a beautiful shot, regardless! She's an adorable girl.

• Try to crop a bit tighter.
• The softness or blurring the background is fine but it looks slightly to much (around the edges of her hair and back).
• Needs a little more midtones (playing with levels here).

I would croop some at the bottom....change the color of the red spot at the top....and in my monitor looks like it could use a little more highlights.

agree with crits, but very nice picture, the girl is so cute

i like much more as it's cropped in the thumbnail, just the face. All the background kill his gaze. Too much unnecesary info. I think it doesn't matter if she's at a happy party, the important is the feeling. And if there isn't background, you can empathize with she, cause you apply your own feelings.
